There will be sessions of digging deep into what you’ve been through, releasing the pain and using a specialty method like EMDR…

…to actually have the relief feel permanent. You don’t have to talk about it, session after session and fight through the coping skills outside of sessions.

You get to feel supported, like you have a partner in the process, and even get some laughs and lightness along the way.

And at the end…you can take a deep breath and know that you were always supposed to feel this way.

What does EMDR look like in our sessions?

1.

A thorough intake session or two where we figure out the root of what impacts you today and what you want relief around. And no worries if it feels like there’s a lot, we will sort it all out.

2.

We pick memories or moments that you re-live and re-feel as you cross your arms and tap your shoulders. We will check-in throughout the process, to make sure you are comfortable.

3.

This back and forth or “bilateral” tapping, while you think about the hard sh*t you’ve been through creates deep and lasting healing, usually starting in the first 3 or 4 sessions.

All in to release the trauma, the past, the hurt, the pain…all of it, so you can finally feel how you were supposed to feel? To finally feel way more carefree and a heck of a lot lighter.
