Jamie is originally from Northern California (read: “wine country”). She came to the field of counseling by way of trying every other job imaginable first! She has a background in the entertainment industry and the non-profit sector. She is married and has an 8 year old daughter (read: “pre-mini-tween-teen”). She and her family enjoy traveling, walking their anxiety-ridden rescue pup, eating and hosting hangouts with friends.
Hi! I’m Jamie. A little about me…
Coffee is a must have for me.
I love to-do lists.
I have a super power of putting together a well-rounded cheese plate.
Lightening fast text exchanges with my ultra-comedic mom friends are my raison d’etre.
The crust from my daughter’s sourdough toast is a go-to breakfast fave for me.
I relax when I hear my anxiety-ridden rescue dog Tynnyfer take a deep breath and sigh.
“Yes please!” to a good fit and some actual results!
I know that it is beyond tough to find a therapist that is a good fit. And not only a good fit, but one you are actually going to get some results with.
You want to finally feel relief, feel better, and feel like the best version of yourself. Because it really sucks when it’s felt like forever and a day that you’ve felt anxiety ridden, down, racked with guilt, unmotivated and just…heavy.
You’re wanting the therapist who has the expertise, the methods to the madness, the extra “umph” to the session so you can get where you want to go.
What you really want…
Someone you can tell anything and everything to.
Someone you can actually enjoy your sessions with…and not dread going to therapy each week.
Someone you can laugh with, cry with or get angry with.
Someone who will give you strategies and tools and skills, oh my!
Someone who is also just human and very relatable.
Someone who ignites your healing and helps you get to exactly where you wanted to go.
I can be that therapist for you, and I am already eagerly waiting for your call, your email, your text - any of it!
And just in case you wanted to know why I am qualified to be your therapist…
